Atmos Fox Organizer (atmosfox) |
This firefox extension provides a user friendly interface for EMC Atmos-powered storage infrastructure in both private and public cloud deployments. Its interface is very similar to an FTP interface that lists local folders in the left panel and Atmos files/folders in the right panel. Files/folders can be moved from the the local computer to Atmos and vice versa.

- A public, shareable URL can be generated for a given object
- Atmos system metadata can be viewed for a given object

This firefox extension(browser plugin) provides an user friendly interface for Amazon's S3 (Simple Storage Service) . Its interface is very much similar to the FTP interface that lists local folders in the left panel and S3 buckets/files/folders in the right panel. Files/folders can be moved from the local computer to Amazon's storage space and vice versa.
- It shows the local folders and remote folders which enables you to upload files by single click.
- You can upload any number of files at a time.
- Drag-n-drop support
- Adhoc synchronization, meaning you can add a folder to "Synchronize folders" list at the time of transfer.
- Ability to specify secure protocol
- Folder synchronization based on timestamps i.e. ability to synchronize only unchanged files
- Ability to add multiple accounts and upload files to each account independently.

As the name says, this firefox extension allows you to upload/download files from any website using a friendly interface. In this version, Box.net (1GB of free space), Flickr (photo viewing/sharing), Picasa (photo viewing/sharing), Youtube(Vidoes) are supported.
This extension addresses these limitations by providing a intuitive way to upload the files. The benefits of using this extension are

Dictionary Tooltip

DictionaryTip
extension shows the meaning of the selected phrase in a
tooltip on the same page.
Just Double-click on a word to get the
meaning from your favourite website on the same page. You
can also select a word(phrase), right click
and click on 'View Definition' (or) press
Ctrl + Shift + K (or any key of your choice)
to get it's meaning.
The definition is shown in a small iframe/layer
from a dictionary of your choice and unwanted stuff
(advertisements, images, etc) is filtered and removed automatically.
So you see only the necessary content. |
